Angels for EducationAnnual Giving Campaign
Your support of the Angels for Education Annual Giving Campaign will help us to meet the needs of today while planning for the needs of the future. The Annual Giving Campaign allows our school to effectively plan for present and future needs for Tuition Assistance, Endowment, and other areas of need within the school.
Volunteers are needed in the following areas:
Angels for Education Lead Gifts Committee - August-October
Make a personal connection with our donors and secure lead gifts for the campaign.
Angels for Education Phoning October 20 - November
Connect to our donors by phone to secure annual gifts.
Mailing - September, December, March, June
Alumni Research - Ongoing
Help to locate and update alumni records.
Event Sponsorships
Event sponsorships maximize the success of school fundraising events. Volunteers are needed to help secure event sponsors for three Our Lady of Lourdes Events:
1. The Angels for Education Evening of Celebration and Thanks - October 15, 2011
2. Shine! Annual Auction - February 4, 2011
3. the Lourdes Legacy Golf Tournament - May 18, 2012
Shine! Auction
The auction is our largest fundraising event and helps keep tuition lower by funding basic school operating expenses. Please see Auction for more information.
Lourdes Legacy Golf Tournament - Sponsor Committee and Team Building Committee
The Golf Tournament is dedicated to the long-term sustainability of our school. 100% of the proceeds go to the Our Lady of Lourdes School Endowment Fund. Join a core group of golfers to increase sponsorships and prizes, or work to increase participation on Team Building Committee.
Planned Giving
Planned Giving through bequests and other means can help sustain our school
in perpetuity. If you are interested in helping to develop this area of giving please contact the Development Director.
Grant Writing
We are always interested in finding grant opportunities that may benefit our school. Volunteers interested in researching and/or writing grants are welcomed.
