Tickets are currently on sale at a cost of $90 per ticket or $900 for a table of 10.  This year’s auction will be held at The Heathman Lodge, Vancouver on May 5, 2018 at 5:00pm. Seats will sell out quickly with only 270 tickets being sold. Purchase your tickets via credit card by clicking on this online link now!!!

Prefer to pay for your Auction tickets with a check or cash?  No problem!  These payment options are available through the School Office and the Events Office during school hours Monday-Friday.


What To Expect

The auction is the school’s largest community-building event and our largest fundraiser. We invite all families to attend and will send an invitation to anyone for whom you provide an address. Invite your friends, family, neighbors, and other supporters from throughout the community. Hundreds of items will be available for bidding in Silent Auctions and a spectacular Live Auction. Your Role

Each Our Lady of Lourdes school family is required to procure an item or items valued at $100 for the auction. Success depends on you! The Events Office offers procurement packets, ready for your signature, which you can drop off or mail to prospective donors. We can also prepare custom letters at your request.  See the Procurement and Sponsorship and Advertising pages for more ideas. 


Volunteer Opportunities

Do you love auctions? Do you want to meet other fun people and get involved in making a difference for Our Lady of Lourdes? Whether this is your first event or you are an experienced auction volunteer, your time and talent are welcome! Parents, grandparents, students, and alumni are all invited to help. We need committee members as well as people who can give just a few hours to help prepare items or decorations, or assist on the day of the event. Check our SHINE facts for information about volunteer opportunities.  We need volunteers to help with planning, decorations, item preparation, and day of event activities.
