Our Lady of Lourdes School provides tuition assistance to Our Lady of Lourdes parish families who cannot afford to fund all of their educational costs.

Our Lady of Lourdes School conducts the Angels for Education Annual Giving Campaign to generate funding in support of three need-based scholarship funds:

Sister Mary Leona Father Dillon Fund
Named in honor of Sister Mary Leona Miller who taught at OLL for over 20 years, and Father Robert Dillon who was responsible for the building of OLL (then St. James School) in 1956.

Jeanne Berens Ghormley Scholarship Fund
Created in 2001 to honor Jeanne Berens Ghormley, former OLL teacher and parent on her 70th birthday. Mrs. Ghormley passed away in 2007

Gabriel Antonio Fazio Scholarship Fund
This fund was created in memory of the son of Kathy and Marc Fazio. The fund is invested with the Community Foundation of Southwest Washington. The earnings generated by the fund are available for annual tuition assistance. Our goal is build and grow the principal of the fund to $100,000 and ensure that future, as well as current students will have access to scholarship aid.

*2007-2008 Tuition Assistance Goal*

Based on expected enrollment, the current year need, and the projected future level of need, the goal for tuition assistance to be raised through the Angels for Education Annual Giving Campaign for Tuition Assistance program is $50,000.

Donations or pledges may be made by mail, at the school office, or through the Sunday collection. Pledges and donations by cash, check or credit card are accepted at any time.
