Application Process
An informational Open House for families interested in Our Lady of Lourdes School will be held Tuesday, January 29, 2008 from 6:30 - 8:00 pm. You and your child will have the opportunity to visit the classrooms and talk with the teachers. Application booklets will be available at Open house of upon request thereafter.
Completed application forms for 2008-09 are due in the school office by March 13, 2008. Applications received after the 13th will only be processed if and when room allows.
The Principal schedules 30 minute interviews with parents and students in Grades 1-8 who are being considered for admissions to any openings. These interviews will be scheduled for March 25-29, 2008.
Parents are notified of student's enrollment status by mail March 29, 2008.
Applications are date sensitive! You may apply as early as January 29, 2008. A 2007-08 application will be available on this website in January. Applications should be mailed to Our Lady of Lourdes School, 4701 N.W. Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98663. Note: Application is in pdf format and requires Adobe Reader.

OLL Admission Policy
Our Lady of Lourdes educates students in the Catholic tradition, integrating the Church's beliefs and practices with academic discipline. It is open to students of all religious faiths.
Our Lady of Lourdes' goal is to graduate a student with sound fundamental academic skills, an inquisitive mind, and a commitment to service.
Our Lady of Lourdes' Administration places great emphasis on the personal interview with the student and parents, the student's and family's relation to Our Lady of Lourdes School, Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, or another Catholic parish, and the diversity of the individual class and student body.

Selection Process
All applicants must submit the required application materials. Families must participate in a personal interview with the principal.
An applicant's admission to Our Lady of Lourdes School is evaluated based upon: relationship to Our Lady of Lourdes Parish or other Catholic parishes; academic achievement; social development; family's involvement in faith formation; reasons for seeking enrollment; expectations of the school; and potential contribution to a diverse student body.
The order of priority for selection of qualified students is:
1. Currently enrolled students
2. Siblings of currently enrolled students
3. Children of Our Lady of Lourdes,St. John's, Sacred Heart, St. James or Holy Redeemer registered, contributing parishioners, verified by the Pastor
4. Children of other Catholic families
6. All others
