Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School educates children from preschool through 8th grade. The school is conveniently located in Vancouver, WA, near the I-5 and 39th Street interchange.
Our Lady of Lourdes School was established in 1956 as St. James Parish School. Our Lady of Lourdes Church and Parish was established two years late. For many years the school was known as Our Lady of Lourdes-St. James School. It is now known as Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School.
Our Lady of Lourdes School received a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence award in 2001, establishing the school as a premier educator in S.W. Washington. The school has continued to build on the attributes that won the Blue Ribbon by expanding and strengthening programs and curriculum to meet the needs of todays students.
Our graduates are well prepared to attend any of the Catholic college preparatory high schools in the Portland/Vancouver area, as well as local public high schools and magnet programs. Our Lady of Lourdes graduates have a 100% high school graduation rate and virtually all continue on to college.
